TV-offerings


We offer a unique TV system where you can choose whether you want an analogue or digital broadcast. However, for those living in Sävar, Ersmark, Holmsund or Obbola, some other solutions apply, read more about it further down the page.

We offer a basic range of nineteen analogue channels. You can also view some channels digitally without a program card, if you have a digital box. In addition to the basic range, there is also the opportunity to buy more digital channels from the channel providers Sappa or Boxer.

Digital TV

Our basic range includes nineteen analogue channels. You can also view some channels digitally (without a program card) if you have a digital box or TV with built-in digital box. Some of the channels in our basic range are encoded by the program companies.

For those of you who want additional TV channels

In addition to our basic supply you have the possibility to buy more digital channels from Boxer and Sappa. You then have to buy or rent a digital box. Most TV sellers have them.

If you are interested in the selection from Sappa you can contact Centralservice, Norra Obbolavägen 115 or Audio Video on Götgatan 1 (Sagagallerian) central Umeå. You can also contact El-giganten on Strömpilsplatsen 5 if you are interested in Sappas' products. Boxer is available at most TV sellers.

On Gnejsvägen 1–47 and 2–14 and Kvartsvägen 5–13 there are some limitations with the additional TV channels.

 

Fault report

If you want to fault report or have questions regarding our TV supply, please call the Bostnet customer support at 090-17 77 17. We are open daily between 7 am and 11 pm. You can also contact your area landlord.

TV supply for areas with their own net

For tenants in areas with own nets we have different solutions:

  • Tenants in Sävar are offered the selection from Canal Digital. For more information, visit www.canaldigital.se
  • Tenants in Ersmark are offered the selection from Com Hem.  
  • Holmsund and Obbola have their own selection of channels through Holmsund and Obbola Cable TV association. For more information, visit www.hoktv.se

 

If you have questions regarding the TV supply or wish to fault report, first contact your area landlord. If you need to fault report in the evening or in the weekend, contact our customer support, see contact information further up on this page. If you live in Ersmark, always contact Com Hem to fault report.
