  • Maintenance of the flat that includes:
    New wallpaper once every twelve years
    New floors once every twenty years
    New refrigerator and freezer once every seventeen years
    Floor sanding once every fifteen years
    New cupboard doors once every twelve years.

Your responsibilities and obligations as a tenant:

  • To take care of your flat
  • To show consideration to your neigbours
  • To pay your rent in advance
  • To give notice according to your tenancy agreement, usually 3 months.
