Increase in rent for houses built in 2000 and later

Apartments that were completed in 2000 and later have not got any rent adjustments since the first tenant moved in, except from some minor adjustments. Those apartments have now, after negotiations with the Tenants’ Association, received a separate rent adjustment.

In 2013 Bostaden and the Tenants’ Association agreed on a rent increase in three stages over a period of around two years. Apartments that were completed in 2000 and later have not got any rent adjustments since the first tenant moved in, except from some minor adjustments. Those apartments have now, after negotiations with the Tenants’ Association, received a separate rent adjustment.

The following addresses will get a rent increase from May 1st

  • Strombergs väg 102–150
  • Rågången 9–23
  • Fridhemsvägen 1 A–O
  • Geografigränd 2 A–E
  • Mariehemsvägen 21 A, B and J

Maximum 250 SEK

Increase in rents depends on the size of the apartment and its characteristics, among other things. However, no one will get a rent increase more than 250 SEK per month from May 1st.

Some of the addresses above will get further rent adjustment from October 1st depending on whether they have reached their goal rent or not.
