Bostaden will get a new switchboard system

From Friday the 21st of January we will have a new switchboard system. You still dial 17 75 00 but now a prerecorded voice will answer your call.

Our system was old and in need of improvement. The difference for you who call us is that a prerecorded voice will answer your call. You also have to make different choices depending on who you want to talk to.

We hope that this will make things easier for those of you who call us since you will be redirected to the right person much faster than before. It will also be possible to get all the information in English. The opening hours of the switchboard are still Monday-Thursday 7.30am to 4.30pm, Friday 7.30am to 3pm. Closed for lunch 12am to 1pm.

If you try to call the Bostaden switchboard number you may experience some disturbances at first. However, we hope that they will be taken care of as soon as possible. You can use our Tyck till button to the right on our website to report faults, leave ideas or improvement suggestions.
