System switch

System switch - illustration

In order for us to be able to develop and improve our customer-oriented services more easily, we are switching business systems. The switch is approaching and it means that we will have to close down some of our current systems for certain periods.

A new system will bring many improvements, but during the switch itself you will notice changes, and you will not be able to do certain things as usual. A new system also means that our staff need to learn a lot of new things. We will be able to deal with some issues quickly and easily, but other cases will need more time.

We will do our very best to make the switch in systems as smooth as possible, but you may need to exercise a little extra patience with us during March and April.

This page gives you more information about how you will be affected. We will keep you fully informed about possible interruptions.

How you will be affected by the business system switch

  • From 1st March, our online store “Hemmafint” will be closed for orders, but you will still be able to see our ranges of, for example, wallpapers, flooring etc. To make an order, contact your area landlord for assistance. Please keep in mind that it will take longer for us to handle your order during this time. Hemmafint will open again later on this Spring.
  • As of Monday 9th March and for approximately four weeks, we will not be publishing news of any vacant flats, single rooms, storage rooms or car parking spaces on our website. We understand that this my cause problems and irritation, for which we apologise.
  • As of Wednesday 25th March and for approximately two weeks, you will not be able to log on to the personal page.
  • We expect to have a new web publishing tool from the beginning of April. This means that our site will look a little different.
  • For flat exchanges, sub-lets and other applications, please submit the forms to our customer centre as usual, but be prepared for the processing time to be longer due to the switch of business system.
