Rent Reminder via text message
Sometimes things go wrong for different reasons and the rental fee remains unpaid at the end of the month. It can be something wrong with the debit or the account maybe lacks coverage for the payment. It is times like these, it may be nice to quickly be noticed about it so that you get the chance to correct it. As a tenant, you will be able to choose a reminder of unpaid rent as text message on your mobile phone. We hope it will help you as a customer.
On the personal page you will have access to information about your apartment, and when materials such as floor, wall and cabinet doors were changed last and when they will be changed next time.
Tenant controlled apartment maintenance (HLU)
Our new website will also make it easier for you to to create a nice living. Therefore, a service to try and order materials for the apartment will be avaliable later on. Here you can test different wallpaper and see how they match the floor you prefer.
Things can break or stop working sometimes. When that happens it may be nice to easily send a few lines about this to your area landlord. This will be possible via a form on your personal page. In this way you know that the area landlordreceive your message and that all necessary information provided.
We will via the personal page give you more overview of the rent you paid and the rent that will come. This way you as a cutsomer get more control over your living expenses.
