Fault reporting

If you have any problems regarding your housing, you are supposed to contact your area landlord to report the fault in the first place. Those problems might be repairs to your flat, problems in the building or in the outdoor area. E-mail a fault report to your area landlord by clicking his or her name and describing the fault or problem in as much detail as possible. It must also be clear who is sending the fault report and if we are allowed to use our master key. You can also call or leave a letter in the letterbox outside the office of your area landlord .

When serious faults occur after office hours or during weekends or holidays, please contact our helpline at 090-14 26 10. In the event of fire, accidents or burglary, please call the emergency number 112.

When you fault report, remember to:

  • State your name, address and telephone number.
  • State the unit number (objektnummer) of your flat (you will find it on your rent notice or on the entrance door of your flat).
  • Describe the fault or problem in as much detail as possible.
  • Let us know if we have your permission to use a master key to get into your flat.

Keep in mind that you can solve several faults or problems yourself, with the help of our guide.
