How to apply for a parking space and garage
1. Search for available parking spaces and garages yourself
We post all available parking spaces and garages on our website. Search among them yourself and apply for the one you want to rent. The number of the spaces are stated on the maps. Example of a parking space number: 501 17. 501 is the parking area and 17 is the number for that particular car parking space. The last number is the number on the parking post or the garage. To apply for a parking space you need
a personal page. If you do not have access to a computer, please contact Customer Service at 090-17 77 00.
2. We let to you as a tenant in the first place
The one who applies for the parking space is the one who gets it. Booking of a parking space is binding. You undertake to pay the rent from the date on the contract. More information about

3. We lease our parking spaces and garages annually
If you want to cancel your parking space you have to do so one month before the end of the contract period for parking spaces and three months before for garages. Otherwise, the contract will automatically be extended by one year at a time. If you cancel the contract of your flat, the parking space contract will be cancelled at the same date. You can only rent one parking space. If there are reasons why you need to rent another one, you must contact us.
If you want to change your parking space or garage, you must first apply for the one you want to change to before cancelling the old one in order to avoid double rent.
4. We offer priority customer service on available parking spaces and garages
You get an offer via e mail and if you lack an e mail address we will send the offer with regular mail. Please contact Customer Service at 090-17 77 00 and we will help you.
5. Sign an environmentally friendly e-contract instead of a paper contract
If you get the parking space, we will do a credit check in which you must be approved. An electronic contract (e-contract) is then posted on your personal page. Instead of signing a piece of paper, you sign the e-contract with your username and password. E-contracts help us reducing the paper consumption which is an important part of our environmental programme.
