Some of our properties on Carlshem are located on Bärnstensvägen and Flintvägen. Bostadens first house on Carlshem was built in the 1970's.

The area is located about 5 km from central Umeå and about 2 km from the university. Nearby you find Strömpilen, which is Umeå’s a shopping center including clothing stores, pharmacies Umeå's largest supermarket. On Carlshem you can also find kindergartens, schools, car service station, tennis courts and jogging trails.
